A special forming process is provided for forming lead-acid batteries in which two different kinds of electrolyte are used with two different concentrations. during the forming process each battery receives electrolyte of the same concentration and the same temperature.
Vantaggi:
All batteries, at the end of the forming process, have the same charge and – consequently – they have the same constant performance level. another important result is that the forming time may be reduced by 75% with the same level of charge.
